This workshop will immerse you in simple and effective ways to identify what feedback to give, and how to give it in ways that build awareness and generate enthusiasm for behaviour change.

The content explores best-practice, proven techniques for;

  1. Identifying and framing constructive and positive feedback for any employee or stakeholder
  2. A framework for giving feedback that allows you to explore the feedback openly and discuss the real issues in a way that strengthens workplace relationships rather than diminishes them.
  3. Beyond the basics, the content looks at creating emotional safety, facilitating inclusion, and creating a ‘’feedback culture’ within your team – so that feedback becomes a competitive advantage.

For many people, the word ‘feedback’ is very loaded with assumptions, fear, often previous experience and sometimes inexperience. Workshop Process

  • This workshop is highly interactive. We utilise group work, live audience polling, discussion and role plays.
  • You will be practicing feedback conversations in part or full throughout the day.
  • Participants are able to discuss and work through real world conversations and situations (anonymously) in the course.
