Our content is designed to safely challenge our participants’ perspectives and conversation habits. For example, we don’t teach the theory of listening – we discuss how our participants hear and how that influences their response and therefore the conversation. 

We create an environment that balances safety and challenge so participants can extend their understanding, skills and confidence. Our participants are inspired by what they can do at the end of the day!

Interactivity

Over 4 hours of the day is practical. By practical we mean hosted immersions and role-plays, group work, live audience polling, discussion and individual coaching throughout the day. 

We practice best-practice and weave the context, personal insights, and research around that, so our workshops are lively, relevant and immediately helpful.

This workshop will immerse you in simple and effective ways to identify what feedback to give, and how to give it in ways that build awareness and generate enthusiasm for behaviour change.

The content explores best-practice, proven techniques for;

  1. Identifying and framing constructive and positive feedback for any employee or stakeholder
  2. A framework for giving feedback that allows you to explore the feedback openly and discuss the real issues in a way that strengthens workplace relationships rather than diminishes them.
