Coaching Groups

  • We coach a group of up to 5 leaders monthly over 3, 6 or 12 months to achieve business and personal goals in a strengths-based and values-led way.
  • Each participant has self-set individual 3, 6 or 12 month goals. The group meets monthly on premises with the coach for a 2.5 hour group coaching session
  • Each participant leaves every session with individual actions relating to their goals, and may have commitments to further support others in the group
  • The group operates with shared agreements and behaviours to ensure the highest level of integrity, confidentiality and safety
